Our speciality is the Degustation menu, a refined and fully researched journey for the senses. Each course is carefully designed and constructed to excite the palate with a balance of flavours and textures. It is also an expression of Kirens (Chef owner) enthusiasm for the finest quality as well as an insight of his travels and cooking career. The philosophy for the menu is to gather ingredients and produce directly from local farmers and to forage from the wild surrounds. This ensures absolute freshness and seasonal purity. This menu is designed over 8 elegant courses with the option of matched wines.
